Master Service Agreement
The primary contract between your organization and iSportz. Covers your subscription terms, fees, intellectual property, data ownership, liability, and dispute resolution.
Data Processing Agreement
Governs how iSportz handles your Members’ personal data on your behalf as a service provider. Covers COPPA, CCPA, US State privacy laws, data retention, security, and sub-processors.
Children's Privacy Policy
Explains how iSportz handles child athlete data at the platform level, and what your organization is responsible for as the COPPA operator. Parents: contact your sports organization first with any questions about your child’s data.

Referring organizations to iSportz or managing accounts on our behalf? Your program terms are here.
Partner Agreement
Covers both the Referral Partner Program (20% of first-year net revenue per referred organization) and the Affiliate Partner Program (10% of net revenue for the life of the contract).

Explains what personal information iSportz collects, how it is used and shared, and your privacy rights under applicable US law including CCPA/CPRA and other State privacy laws.
Cookie Policy
Explains what cookies iSportz uses on the platform and website, why we use them, and how to control or disable them. iSportz does not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
