3. What payment methods do you accept for Signup and payment processing on the platform?

We accept online payments including all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UnionPay. Upon request, we support payments through wire transfers, checks and money orders

5. What are admin seats?
  • Admin seats refer to the number of accounts within your sports organization that have full administrative privileges on the iSportz Platform.
  • These accounts can manage user access, settings, billing, and other critical functions.
  • Elite Plan:  Provides 3 admin seats.
  • Enterprise Plan:  Provides 5 admin seats.
  • Additional Admins seats are available for purchase at $199/seat/year
6. What is processing fee?

A processing fee is a small charge applied to each transaction to cover the full costs of securely handling online payments on our platform. All payments are processed through Stripe, a leading global payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

This fee includes credit card processing fees and ensures:

  • Secure payments with advanced encryption and fraud prevention

  • Compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS and data protection requirements)

  • Smooth handling of transactions, including refunds, dispute management, and reconciliations

  • Reliable payouts, so funds are transferred accurately and on time

Per Transaction Processing Fee

  • Elite Plan: 3.50% + $2.00 per transaction

  • Enterprise Plan: 3.50% + $2.00 per transaction

The user cost refers to the annual fee per user associated with each iSportz plan. This cost covers access to the features and functionalities for each member of your organization.

  • Elite: $1.50/user/month (Paid Annually) 

  • Enterprise: $1.25/user/month (Paid Annually)

8. What is the setup fee?

A one time fee charged to cover the initial set-up cost for a seamless platform operation.
