Role Overview
The Platform Operations Specialist will manage operational workflows for iSportz services, including Managed Digital Infrastructure (MDI), Merchandising, and Community Listings.
This role ensures clubs receive reliable onboarding, support, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Club Onboarding
• Onboard clubs into MDI services
• Configure platform integrations
• Coordinate website setup and service activation
Merchandising Operations
• Coordinate with merchandise vendors
• Support club merchandise store setup
• Monitor order processing and reporting
Support Operations
• Manage operational tickets and service requests
• Monitor service levels and response times
• Escalate technical issues when required
Operational Monitoring
• Maintain operational dashboards
• Track service performance and usage metrics
• Ensure compliance with platform policies
Ideal Candidate
• 1–4 years’ experience in SaaS support, operations, or platform administration
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
• Experience working with operational workflows
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
