Title: Fractional Sponsorship Lead
Location: United States (Remote / Florida preferred)
Engagement: Fractional (2–3 days per week)
Role Overview
The Fractional Sponsorship Lead will be responsible for identifying and closing sponsorship partnerships that support youth sports organizations using the iSportz platform.
This role focuses on strategic sponsorship partnerships, not advertising sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Development
• Identify potential sponsors aligned with youth sports communities
• Develop relationships with regional and national partners
• Present sponsorship opportunities and platform value proposition
Deal Execution
• Lead sponsor discussions and negotiations
• Close platform, league, and club sponsorship agreements
• Coordinate pricing and approvals with iSportz leadership
Sponsor Relationship Management
• Maintain relationships with sponsors
• Support contract renewals and multi-year partnerships
• Ensure sponsor expectations align with platform policies
Collaboration
• Work with Sponsorship Operations to manage pipeline
• Provide feedback on sponsorship packages and positioning
Ideal Candidate
• 7+ years’ experience in sponsorship sales or partnerships
• Experience working with brands or sports organizations
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fractional leadership role
