iSportz is a SAAS sports management and engagement platform focused in harmonizing the sports ecosystem of Athletes, Organizations, Coaches, Fan and others. We have had some major successes in the one year of operations and support 50K + paid users. We are looking for sales leader to monetize and grow sales in North America working out of our India offices. iSportz is a made in India for the world company with development, Sales and Marketing driven out of India.


Associate Vice President – SaaS Sales Head – B2B Vertical

This Position is responsible for managing the sales operations and overseeing everything around it.

Some of the responsibilities include establishing relationships with existing customers or potential clients.

Other responsibilities are creating plans to achieve targets, and evaluating overall costs relating to selling services and products.

  1. Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
  2. Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  3. Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  4. Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  5. Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
  6. Calling to establish new opportunities
  7. Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  8. Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
  9. Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales leadership roles.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and solution selling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated business acumen.
  • Adaptive to industry shifts and market changes.
  • Results-driven orientation with proven sales achievements.
  • Ability to build and leverage industry networks.


Mandatory Onsite, Chennai Office[Preferably Candidate from Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru Ready to Relocate to Chennai]


Total: 10 to 15 years and SaaS Experience: Mandatory, minimum 4 to 5 years Years
